How do you guarantee the quality of plants ordered online?
We stand behind every plant we sell with our quality guarantee. We partner only with trusted growers who meet our quality standards—the same standards we've maintained for over 40 years at our Sussex County garden center. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive, we want to make it right.
What's your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a plant that's damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
What happens if a plant gets damaged during shipping?
Plants are carefully packaged by our partner growers to ensure safe delivery. However, if damage occurs during transit, simply contact us with photos of the damaged plant within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Do you offer plants suitable for Zone 6 gardens?
Yes! Our online catalog includes plants that can thrive in Zone 6 and the surrounding region. Please check plant details carefully when you purchase. Not all plants can thrive in this local region, and our online catalog is broad and includes plants that are more suitable for other climates.
