Due to the nature of live plants and perishable items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
If you experience an issue with your order, including damaged or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and coordinated directly with our garden center team.
